  • Relax While You're Away

    We want you to feel comfortable that your pet is being treated with care, so that you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Should your pet become ill while in our care, he or she will be taken to the vet by our staff. We will cover any "kennel-related" illnesses, the only exclusions would be for pre-existing conditions or age-related illnesses in geriatric pets.

    Our aim is to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every pet boarded at Gray Knob Kennels. We make your pet's stay as pleasant as possible, providing clean indoor and outdoor kennels, ample outdoor daily exercise and fun activities for dogs and indoor recreation time for cats. In order for us to provide this type of environment for your pet, we require that each dog be vaccinated against Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella, and cats against Rabies and Distemper. We also strongly recommend that your cat be protected against feline leukemia.

  • Gray Knob Kennels has a state-of-the-art pet grooming shop in Kingston, Tennessee, where our certified Master Groomer accommodates all breeds of cats and dogs.

    Although we specialize in toy, terrier, and non-sporting breeds, we also work on large dogs and cats. Our grooming services are available at competitive prices, with a caring staff and a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

    We stay on top of new trends and offer medicated, hypoallergenic, and good for the environment shampoos. Prices vary with breed.

    We offer The Humane Bath ensuring that your pet's eyes, ears, and other sensitive areas are protected. Our trimming service is performed by a highly trained and qualified groomer that will also clean, check, and deodorize your pet's ears, express the anal gland, groom and fluff dry using strict standards.

    Please let us know about your pet's special needs. Additional charges may apply to special conditions requiring extra time and effort. These include severely knotted or matted coats and pets with severe behavior issues.
